OHCA Annual Dues

My name is James DeFrancesco and I am the treasurer for the Olentangy Highbluffs Community Association. Annual dues for the OHCA are just $25 per household. This is a great (and inexpensive) investment in our neighborhood. Dues are due by February 15 of each year and can be paid by check or online. If you would like to pay by check, please send a check made out to “OHCA” to 8508 Bridletree Way. Checks can be mailed or simply dropped off at my house. Please include your address in the memo line. There are also a few other ways to pay including your bank’s free bill pay services. Add “OHCA” as a bill pay payee and use our treasurer’s address (8508 Bridletree Way) in the payee address field. Lastly, residents can also pay their dues online through our OHCA PayPal account. Click on the “Pay Now” button to the right and follow the steps to pay online. **Please note that you do NOT need to be a PayPal member to utilize this service and also note that there is a $1.25 processing fee.

For those that have already paid their annual dues, thank you for supporting our community! If you are not sure if you have paid, you can check the list on the right to verify your payment. Please note the date of this list and know that we will update as often as we can to show our appreciation for our paying members.

- Beautification contests to promote community involvement in landscaping and holiday lights

- Snow plowing for extreme snow events
